You have a choice: A fixed monthly fee per user or an hourly fee per user.
If you want to know exactly how much you will pay per month to use Purebiz, pick this option. It is the simplest of the options and makes it easy to understand how much Purebiz will cost.
This allows you to budget and plan. Payments are due on the first of the month, we will send an invoice in the second week of the month before.
The basis of this pricing policy is to align your interests and ours. If our software is useful and does it's job properly you will use it and we will get paid. If you don't like it, don't use it and we will not charge you. Simple. If you don't use the software or you are unhappy with it, tell us and we will try to please you and get you using again. This also means that it doesn't matter how big or small your business is, you can use Purebiz. 1 user or 1000 users, the pricing scales so that you can afford it. So:
We sell you Tokens and when a user logs in and opens an Account Set they begin to use up a token. The token is used in minutes or part thereof. The minutes left on the token is shown in the bottom right corner of the Desktop. When you first open an Account Set you will see that you have 60 minutes left on the token. As you use the program the minutes count down. If you continue to use after there is 1 minute left another token will be opened and the counter will show 60 minutes left and so on. Each Account Set uses its own Token so if you open 5 different Account Sets you will have 5 Tokens in use.
We will first discuss Tokens at the Implementation Meeting. We need to estimate how many Tokens you will use in a month and charge you once you want to start using Purebiz. During the evaluation period we will give you Tokens. On the 15th (or thereabouts) of each month we make an estimate of the number of Tokens that you will need in the next month and send you invoice. Once the invoice is paid your Token Account will be updated. You will be warned if we think that you are going to run out of Tokens before the end of the month. Please note that if you run out of Tokens you will not be able use Purebiz. It will refuse you access to the Account Sets. This will be discussed during the Implementation Meeting.
One of the most irritating things you experience in modern life is data allowances disappearing at the end of the month on your phone or internet account. This does not happen with Purebiz. If you buy 1000 Tokens for the beginning of the month and you use 2 during the month, the other 998 are still available to you next month. If you use 8 in the next month you will still have 990 for future use and so on.
If at ANY time you want to refunded for unused Tokens all you have to do is ask and it will be done. Of course we would like to know why but you do not have to tell us if you don't want.
